TDJ: Paolo Monty Cesaretto (Genua, IT)
In 2006 Paolo began to study tango and in 2009 he made the first of many trips to Buenos Aires, where he was fascinated by the history of the orchestras. In 2010 he made his debut in the historic Milonga Brava in Genoa. He plays in the most famous milongas of Northern Italy and in various events.
His choices are strongly influenced by the dancer. He loves to create a wave of contrasts between the rhythmic and the melodic. He doesn’t disdain a little excursion into modern or old school orchestras… but he has the 40’s in his heart.
