About Sara & Juan Pablo
Sara Westin and Juan Pablo Canavire (Juampi), directors of DNI Tango Stockholm, founded this Tango school in July 2016. On this special tango weekend, they are happy to share with Frankfurt their experience, energy, and passion. Their unique pedagogic method is developed by the DNI Tango School in Buenos Aires under the direction of Dana Frigoli and Jonny Lambert.
Sara and Juan Pablo had previously worked and taught together at DNI Tango in Buenos Aires for 8 years. As members of the dance company, they participated in two highly acclaimed performances: “La musa del Capricho” and “Dos lo que se disuelve”, both Dana Frigoli’s choreographies.
Since they moved to Stockholm, Sara and Juan Pablo have inspired numerous new people to start tango. They also help more experienced dancers of all ages to continue their journey of tango discovery and self-discovery. They want to dance tango in a fun way, wholesome not only for the body but for the soul.
